White Hackers

White Hat Hackers who are also known as "Ethical Hackers" OR "Certified Hackers". This is often done by those people who have skills on programming just to find out vulnerabilities in computer systems Or Websites. While the non-ethical hacker or black hat exploits these vulnerabilities for mischief, personal gain or other reasons, the ethical hacker evaluates them, points them out, and may suggest changes to systems that make them less likely to be penetrated by black hats. White hats can work in a variety of ways. Many companies utilize ethical hacking services from consultants or full-time employees to keep their systems and information as secure as possible.

BUT White Hacking is still considered hacking because it uses knowledge of computer systems in an attempt to in some way penetrate them or crash them. This work is ethical because it is performed to increase the safety of the computer systems. It’s reasoned that if a white hat can somehow break the security protocols of a system, so can a black hat. Thus, the goal of ethical hacking is to determine how to break in or create mischief with the present programs running, but only at the request of the company that owns the system and specifically to prevent others from attacking it.

Nikola Tesla (The Real Inventor)

Nikola Tesla is finally beginning to attract real attention and encourage serious debate more than 70 years after his death.
Was he for real? A crackpot? Part of an early experiment in corporate-government control?
We know that he was undoubtedly persecuted by the energy power brokers of his day -- namely Thomas Edison, whom we are taught in school to revere as a genius.  He was also attacked by J.P. Morgan and other "captains of industry." Upon Tesla's death on January 7th, 1943, the U.S. government moved into his lab and apartment confiscating all of his scientific research, some of which has been released by the FBI through the Freedom of Information Act. (I've embedded the first 250 pages below and have added a link to the .pdf of the final pages, 290 in total).
Besides his persecution by corporate-government interests (which is practically a certification of authenticity), there is at least one solid indication of Nikola Tesla's integrity -- he tore up a contract with Westinghouse that was worth billions in order to save the company from paying him his huge royalty payments.
But, let's take a look at what Nikola Tesla -- a man who died broke and alone -- has actually given to the world.  For better or worse, with credit or without, he changed the face of the planet in ways that perhaps no man ever has.

1. Alternating Current -- This is where it all began, and what ultimately caused such a stir at the 1893 World's Expo in Chicago.  A war was leveled ever-after between the vision of Edison and the vision of Tesla for how electricity would be produced and distributed.  The division can be summarized as one of cost and safety: The DC current that Edison (backed by General Electric) had been working on was costly over long distances, and produced dangerous sparking from the required converter (called a commutator).  Regardless, Edison and his backers utilized the general "dangers" of electric current to instill fear in Tesla's alternative: Alternating Current.  As proof, Edison sometimes electrocuted animals at demonstrations.  Consequently, Edison gave the world the electric chair, while simultaneously maligning Tesla's attempt to offer safety at a lower cost.  Tesla responded by demonstrating that AC was perfectly safe by famously shooting current through his own body to produce light.  This Edison-Tesla (GE-Westinghouse) feud in 1893 was the culmination of over a decade of shady business deals, stolen ideas, and patent suppression that Edison and his moneyed interests wielded over Tesla's inventions. Yet, despite it all, it is Tesla's system that provides power generation and distribution to North America in our modern era.

2. Light -- Of course he didn't invent light itself, but he did invent how light can be harnessed and distributed.  Tesla developed and used fluorescent bulbs in his lab some 40 years before industry "invented" them. At the World's Fair, Tesla took glass tubes and bent them into famous scientists' names, in effect creating the first neon signs.  However, it is his Tesla Coil that might be the most impressive, and controversial.  The Tesla Coil is certainly something that big industry would have liked to suppress: the concept that the Earth itself is a magnet that can generate electricity (electromagnetism) utilizing frequencies as a transmitter.  All that is needed on the other end is the receiver -- much like a radio.

  3. X-rays -- Electromagnetic and ionizing radiation was heavily researched in the late 1800s, but Tesla researched the entire gamut. Everything from a precursor to Kirlian photography, which has the ability to document life force, to what we now use in medical diagnostics, this was a transformative invention of which Tesla played a central role.  X-rays, like so many of Tesla's contributions, stemmed from his belief that everything we need to understand the universe is virtually around us at all times, but we need to use our minds to develop real-world devices to augment our innate perception of existence.

4. Radio -- Guglielmo Marconi was initially credited, and most believe him to be the inventor of radio to this day.  However, the Supreme Court overturned Marconi's patent in 1943, when it was proven that Tesla invented the radio years previous to Marconi.  Radio signals are just another frequency that needs a transmitter and receiver, which Tesla also demonstrated in 1893 during a presentation before The National Electric Light Association.  In 1897 Tesla applied for two patents  US 645576, and US 649621. In 1904, however, The U.S. Patent Office reversed its decision, awarding Marconi a patent for the invention of radio, possibly influenced by Marconi's financial backers in the States, who included Thomas Edison and Andrew Carnegie. This also allowed the U.S. government (among others) to avoid having to pay the royalties that were being claimed by Tesla.

5. Wireless Communications and Limitless Free Energy -- These two are inextricably linked, as they were the last straw for the power elite -- what good is energy if it can't be metered and controlled?  Free?  Never.  J.P. Morgan backed Tesla with $150,000 to build a tower that would use the natural frequencies of our universe to transmit data, including a wide range of information communicated through images, voice messages, and text.  This represented the world's first wireless communications, but it also meant that aside from the cost of the tower itself, the universe was filled with free energy that could be utilized to form a world wide web connecting all people in all places, as well as allow people to harness the free energy around them.  Essentially, the 0's and 1's of the universe are embedded in the fabric of existence for each of us to access as needed.  Nikola Tesla was dedicated to empowering the individual to receive and transmit this data virtually free of charge.  But we know the ending to that story . . . until now?

Tesla had perhaps thousands of other ideas and inventions that remain unreleased.  A look at his hundreds of patents shows a glimpse of the scope he intended to offer.  If you feel that the additional technical and scientific research of Nikola Tesla should be revealed for public scrutiny and discussion, instead of suppressed by big industry and even our supposed institutions of higher education, join the world's call to tell power brokers everywhere that we are ready to Occupy Energy and learn about what our universe really has to offer.

Fast 7....These Scenes..?? but How..??

Furious 7, the latest of the Fast & Furious franchise is on the record breaking spree at the Box Office. Furious 7 has also made us all cry, around the world. It was that one time the world was united, and the magic was brought to us by Paul Walker.
The breathtaking stunts, the emotions, the love – how it was all done? Let’s go behind the wheel, and discover it all.

1. Creating a digital Paul Walker

Paul Walker died before the filming ended. The makers used Paul’s brothers Cody and Caleb Walker as body doubles for him. Also, they created a digital Paul Walker to finish the movie, which was re-scripted keeping in mind the loss.
The scene where this creation is the most apparent is the last shot of the movie where Toretto and Brian are racing together on the empty road before parting way.
Paul was just not there in that scene at all.

2. Cars dropping out of the plane scene
You might ask, if they actually jumped the cars off the flying plane? The answer is YES! They did drop cars out of the plane. Just that there wasn’t anybody in those cars! The scene was recorded by skydivers and helicopters, while the cars were being dropped off the plane.
To simulate the last part where the cars landed on the windy road with the drivers speeding away, they had the drivers seat in the cars and dropped them only 6-8 feet off the ground.

3. Flying the $3.4 million Lykan Hypersport
The second thrilling sequence is of that very expensive car jumping through the Etihad Towers in Abu Dhabi. Well, they actually made the car jump, but not the Etihad Towers. A 40-foot glass building was created in a sound studio, and the car was jumped through it. The Lykan Hypersport costs a whopping $3.4 million, and there are only 7 built worldwide. It has custom rubies and diamonds in its headlights, and a gold plated roof.
Now the question is: did they actually use the real car? Not at all! The same company that build the original car, created a replica for the film. So, no difference spotted!

4. Paul Walker’s bus scene
When Brian jumped off the bus, and held onto Letty’s car, the audience had gone gaga with whistles and cheers. Most thought it was all special effects. Well, not really. They actually shot that too entirely. Of course with safety harnesses, and all other safety measures.
The bus was held down to the ground, so that Brian could walk on it safely. Letty’s car was rigged with a safety harness to prevent it from going over the cliff as it spurned around. Brian did jump and held onto Letty’s car, and the bus did make its way down the 160-foot cliff.
Stunt double was used for Paul Walker to film this scene.

5. Shaw & Toretto heads on crash
The part where Shaw & Toretto crashed into each other! Looks like that too happened for real. They actually crashed the Maserati Ghibli which had Shaw in it. Of course the replica. And nobody was in the car when it crashed!
Director James Wan said that they actually created several backup replicas of those cars. Just in case the scene didn’t turn out the way they wanted.

6. And now, last but not the least: HOW MANY CARS WERE CRASHED?
About 230 cars were crashed during the entire film, which included the latest Mercedes Benz AMGs and several high utility sports vehicles.

Michael Jackson Patented His Very Own Anti-gravity Shoes

Back in the year 1988, Michael Jackson blew away his fans with astonishment when he released the music video for his 1987 single “Smooth Criminal”. Apart from his well-known dance moves, he did something new and crazy- in the video he leaned 45 degrees forward, thus defying gravity. In the video, dancers were able to stand up straight and lean towards the floor.
In the Smooth Criminal video, Michael did this by using string, but he wanted to something more fascinating and went on to create Anti-Gravity Shoes. He did so to incorporate this magic into his live performances. He created these special Anti-Gravity Shoes with the help of two co-inventors and received a U.S patent for the same in 1993.
And these shoes, there was a slot that was engaged with a bolt in the floor. Keeping the heels fixed, dancers were able to lean forward.
However, this wasn’t a 100% successful product. A few years later during a show in Moscow, an accident occurred with one of Michael’s heels and this was the end of the Anti-Gravity Shoes.
The United States Patent’s abstract reads:
“A system for allowing a shoe wearer to lean forwardly beyond his center of gravity by virtue of wearing a specially designed pair of shoes which will engage with a hitch member movably projectable through a stage surface. The shoes have a specially designed heel slot which can be detachably engaged with the hitch member by simply sliding the shoe wearer’s foot forward, thereby engaging with the hitch member.”

Jaden Smith Says He is a Prophet and God Inspired his New Fashion Line 666

Jaden Smith, the son of rapper-actor legend Will Smith, has announced a new fashion line, which he titled “666.” Despite 666 being highly regarded as an evil number which references the mark of the beast, Jaden says the fashion line was inspired by God.

In an interview with Rolling Stone, Jaden spoke about his fashion line:
“God exists in all things that surround the fire that burns in the sky. She is responsible for all spontaneous ideas. In fact, 666 is not an evil number. This number is actually three part and represents the six angels that descended from the six Heavens, who are searching for the six prophets who are meant to lead the masses. Each prophet will be the exalted leader of that heaven. I have been chosen by one of those angels as one of those prophets. This line is not just clothing. Clothing is meant to cover, while 666 is meant to transform. To wear these clothes is to seek protection from the ills of the world and to pledge allegiance to my Heaven.”
Jaden revealed the line will feature non-traditional clothing for men to include tunics, dresses, long shirts, leather, and more.
Jaden, along with his sister Willow, have become synonymous with off-the-wall thinking. Late last year the brother and sister spoke about prana energy and why schooling was overrated.
When asked about their experience with time, Willow and Jaden stated:
WILLOW: I mean, time for me, I can make it go slow or fast, however I please, and that’s how I know it doesn’t exist.
JADEN: It’s proven that how time moves for you depends on where you are in the universe. It’s relative to beings and other places. But on the level of being here on earth, if you are aware in a moment, one second can last a year. And if you are unaware, your whole childhood, your whole life can pass by in six seconds. But it’s also such a thing that you can get lost in.
WILLOW: Because living.
JADEN: Right, because you have to live. There’s a theoretical physicist inside all of our minds, and you can talk and talk, but it’s living.

Creator of Facebook, Mark Zuckerberg is unblockable

You Can’t Block Mark Zuckerberg on Facebook

It so happens that if you wish to block Mark Zuckerberg from your  Facebook account, you cant.
You may have felt angry at Facebook for various reasons like your fan page reach has diminished or your pages get unpublished and you may want to block the account of the creator of Facebook, Mark from your account, you’ll get an error saying
If you try to block him again after a few minutes, you will get the same message.
It seems that Mark Zuckerberg, the creator of Facebook and a man with around 31 million facebook followers is also one of the most hated men on Facebook. The above error message popups because of Facebooks algorithm which kick in when too many people try to block one user.

10 facts about the Great Pyramid of Giza

The Great Pyramid a true masterpiece and has rightly earned the title of a “Wonder”. It was built with such precision that our current technology cannot replicate it.  Historical analysis shows that the Pyramids were built between 2589 and 2504 BC. There are so many interesting facts about this Pyramid that it baffles archaeologists, scientists, astronomers and tourists. Here are the facts:
  1. The pyramid is estimated to have around 2,300,000 stone blocks that weigh from 2 to 30 tons each and there are even some blocks that weigh over 50 tons.
  2. The Pyramid of Menkaure, the Pyramid of Khafre and the Great Pyramid of Khufu are precisely aligned with the Constellation of Orion.
  3. The base of the pyramid covers 55,000 m2 (592,000 ft 2) with each side greater than 20,000 m2 (218,000 ft2) in area.
  4. The interior temperature is constant and equals the average temperature of the earth, 20 Degrees Celsius (68 Degrees Fahrenheit).
  5. The outer mantle was composed of 144,000 casing stones, all of them highly polished and flat to an accuracy of 1/100th of an inch, about 100 inches thick and weighing approx. 15 tons each.
  6. The cornerstone foundations of the pyramid have ball and socket construction capable of dealing with heat expansion and earthquakes.
  7. The mortar used is of an unknown origin (Yes, no explanation given). It has been analyzed and its chemical composition is known but it can’t be reproduced. It is stronger than the stone and still holding up today.
  8. The weight of the pyramid is estimated at 5,955,000 tons. Multiplied by 10^8 gives a reasonable estimate of the earth’s mass.
  9. The curvature designed into the faces of the pyramid exactly matches the radius of the earth.
  10. Khufu’s pyramid, known as the great pyramid of Giza, is the oldest and largest, rising at 481 feet (146 meters). Archaeologists say it was the tallest structure in the world for about 3, 800 years.

Basics Problems For Fresh Graduates

Here’s the scenario… you’ve graduated college with a good looking degree, and you feel on top of the world and ready to pick and choose your dream job The reality, however, is that you’re one of a many in the same boat.
Although you feel like you would be best suited for a particular role, there can be hundreds of other people who feel the same way as you. Recruiters or hiring managers will often post jobs on various online job boards and receive in excess of 200-300 resume applications.
Being a recent graduate in any field I have noted the available market seem not to accommodate fresh graduates- I don't know if it only happens in Third World Country like am in or its the Whole world.
First and for most all the available job vacancies Requires experience of from 3+ number of year and requires one to have some kind of alien knowledge that we can rarely acquire from classes. And talk of Graduate Trainee programs, no many corporate can accommodate many graduates.
Another Issue in the few companies that will accommodate graduates offers less payment package with promises of review after confirmation which is never the case even after proving to be well conversant and acquired vast company knowledge.
What next after all this frustrations and challenges? Do we continue to be oppressed while we keep quiet and remain loyal to be the company? Do we just assume nothing is happening? In the end graduates opt to change jobs, resign or finding other options.
Another problem is that, many graduates complete their university studies and expect to hand pick the job they want. Furthermore, graduates have an expectation they know what is best and should actually be the boss rather than working for the boss. Too many times, new graduates will apply for job positions which are so unrealistic and then get despondent because they are not getting interview requests. It’s important for graduates to realise that they need to gain the experience before they can call themselves the boss.
Last but not the least, the debate between further education and job seeking, do you continue to study or start straight away with the job seeking? Many graduates don’t have a choice in this matter but for those who do continuing to study can lead to greater results long term (financial and job position) and also further help distinguish yourself apart from other graduates. On the other hand is it better to start working and get your foot in the door? There’s no better education then real life experience of learning on the job.

About Cvs And Resumes

Some of the point that should be mention and not to be mentioned in the CVs and Resumes.

Keep in mind following steps listed below:-

1. First of all, go and make a proper email id if you dont have one. gangster@yahoo.com, hunter@Gmail.com, assains@hotmail.com, Ahmed123@yahoo.com , These kind of email ids shows your non seriousness.
Your Email id should consist of your first name and last name. for e.g. firstname.lastname@gmail.com or Ahmed.Khan@gmail.com.

2. Please proofread your Document. Make sure it doesn't have any spelling or grammatical errors and mistakes.

3. Please remove that References heading which says 'References will be furnished on requests'. It is a wastage of space on your document.

4. Please don't include you Personal information like CNIC(Computerized National Identity Card) number.

5. If you have added 'Objective', in your document, make sure it is not copied from google. The recruiters are very smart.

6. Most importantly save your document in 'PDF' Format and should be named as 'FirstName LastName.pdf' for e.g. 'Ahmed Khan.pdf'. Most of the CV i find are saved with the name Resume or CV. As a result file is overwritten when other file with same name is downloaded & it difficult for recruiter to find your CV.

7. Use Regular Fonts in your document like Arial or Times new Roman. Don't use fancy fonts like Comic Sans etc Try to keep your document precised. A 1 page CV is the best document. Although, upto 2 pages is OK too.

8. You are going to be hired on the basis of your skills, not on the basis of how you look. If you want to add photograph, make sure its formal. Please don't add any skill that is not relevant to the job you are applying for. And don't add any skill in which you are not good at all.

9. The CV/Resume should be different for every other job that you are applying. Make sure you read the job description. Try to add the requirements on your document which are mentioned on the job advertisement.

10. Do write a cover letter in the Email while sending the CV. The Cover letter should be written in the email. Don't attach the document of the cover letter in the email. And the Subject of the email should be proper.

11. Please don't appear in the interviews unprepared! It gives a bad impression of not only yours but the institution too. Make sure you are well prepared and serious for the interview. Try to be at your best. If you want time, you can ask on email humbly from the HR to give you another date and time for the interview if its possible for them. Don't miss any interview without letting them know! the time is precious. Save the time of others and yours too.

SUCCESS IS YOURS!!!
